He has a heartbeat!!!

I went to the Dr. today and Gabriel still has a strong heartbeat. The on-call Dr. brought in the little ultrasound machine and he was very sensitive to my situation. Gabriel's heartbeat is 140bpm. This is in the normal range! He said that maybe the reason I couldn't feel him as much is because his feet are against the placenta right now, so when he kicks, that dulls the feeling. Relief and happiness... for now... :-)

    Deever was thinking about us all afternoon yesterday. He was so glad when I called (after leaving your house the second time) and I told him that Gabriel's heart was beating. He also liked the post about his little feeties pushing up against the placenta.
